HOW TO GET STARTED?
Step 1: Give Us a Call (602-441-0055)
-Give us a call or email to set up an appointment. Don’t hesitate to give us a call or email if you have any questions or concerns. Our experience and qualified staff is here to help you all through out your process.
Step 2: Schedule Appointment
-We have appointments available 6 days a week Monday through Saturday from 9 am – 5 pm. Don’t feel like setting up an appointment? No problem. We also accept walk-ins Monday – Saturdays from 9 am – 4 pm. We do honor our appointments, so patients who set up an appointment get seen first!
Step 3: Get Evaluated by our Physicians
When you come in for your appointment with our marijuana doctor, you will get evaluated to have your medical records updated. After that, our ,marijuana doctor will review those medical records and answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you have a qualifying condition, the doctor will complete the Arizona Physician Certification Form that is required for Arizona’s Medical Marijuana Program. Our staff will then process your application with the state and you will leave our office with a state receipt, your certification and renewal information for next year.
Step 4: Get Your Medical Marijuana Card issued electronically.
After we have submitted your application to ADHS, they will issue your digital medical marijuana card to you within 7 – 10 business days. You will NOT be able to purchase from any dispensaries until you have your medical card. Once it does arrive you can go to any dispensary in and only in the state of Arizona. We also offer Express Processing for an additional $25 which will get you your medical marijuana card in up to 5 business days.

Does this marijuana card give me job protection? As it is stateD by the (AZDHS) Arizona Department of Health Services, “The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act states that an employer will not be able to penalize a qualifying patient with a registry identification card for a positive drug test for marijuana, unless the patient used, possessed, or was impaired by marijuana on the employment premises or during hours of employment. If you are unsure how the Act applies to you, consult an attorney licensed to practice law in Arizona.”

Do I need medical records? If you are experiencing any physical pain (severe/chronic) you DO NOT need to bring in medical records. Our physicians will provide an on site evaluations to help update your medical records for FREE.
What type of medical records do I need if I’m trying to qualify for another qualifying condition? Any type of medical records from your doctor within the past12 months, such as Chart Notes or Progress Note indicating that you have 1 of the 13 qualifying conditions in the state of Arizona. We would love to help you obtain your medical records with a printable medical release form that can be filled out and given or faxed to your primary doctor.
What forms of payment do we take? We accept cash or card(Master, Visa, Credit, Debit, and Discover).
Does Insurance cover Medical Marijuana? Unfortunately, as of right now Insurance will not cover any of the cost for obtaining your medical marijuana card.
What type of document do I need to bring to get EBT/SNAP discount? Must have an active EBT card with your name printed on the front, or raised like a credit/debit card. If that is not present on your card, or someone else on your account has their name on the card, we will need the most recent approval letter.
What type of Physician are allowed to approved patients for medical marijuana? Allopathic (MD), Osteopathic (DO), Homeopathic [MD(H) or DO(H)], and Naturopathic [NMD or ND] physicians who have a physician-patient relationship with the patient may write certifications for medical marijuana. The physician must hold a valid Arizona license.
What forms of ID do I need to bring? Must have a valid Arizona ID such as a drivers license or identification card or a U.S passport booklet.
Do we take appointments or walk-ins? Both! We accept walk-ins from 9am – 4pm from Mondays – Saturdays. But patients who schedule appointments get seen first over walk-ins.
Do I need a medical card to purchase CBD? No! CBD is non-psycho active therefore a medical card is NOT required in order to purchase.
Do I have to wait for my medical card before I can go into a Dispensary? Yes, by Arizona state law you must have a medical marijuana card before entering any dispensary.
How long does it take the state to issue my marijuana card? 7-10 business days.
Do you offer Express Processing? Yes, we do offer express processing for an extra $25 so patients are able to get there Digital medical marijuana cards in 5 business days.
If I’m a convicted felon with a past drug possession charge can I still receive a medical card? Yes, as long as you are approved by an Arizona licensed physician.
Do I lose my gun rights if I get my medical marijuana card? No! You will not lose your 2nd amendment right if you have a medical marijuana card.

I lost my medical marijuana card. What do I do? Don’t panic! We can help. First we’ll need to contact the state to obtain your patient ID number. After that, we will file your application again and the state will make the card and ship it to you. A $30 dollar fee will be charge.
How much Marijuana can I possess once I have my MMJ card? Arizona qualifying patients are legally allowed to possess and purchase up to 2 and 1/2 ounces of Marijuana every two weeks.
Where can I purchase Medical Marijuana? Once you are approved and have the physical ID card, you are available to purchase from any operating dispensary in Arizona only.
What happens if I am denied by the doctor? Don’t worry the certification and pain exam is completely free. You wont’t have to pay for anything if you don’t qualify for medical marijuana.
My Job does random drug testes, including marijuana. Will I be protected if I have medical marijuana card?
